BIOGRAPHY

BIOGRAPHY
Photography has been a passion and career
path of mine for many years. I have earned
a BS degree with a Major in Photography and
a Minor in Advertising from Texas A&M,
Commerce, formerly East Texas State University.
I currently reside in Dallas, Texas.

Being an avid animal lover, I spend much of my
time working with animal welfare organizations.
Along with photographing animals, I am a foster
for the animals that need a little extra care before
they are ready to be adopted. The SPCA of Texas
gave me a great honor recently by awarding me
The Susan Darsey Humanitarian Award.

I am an artist who strives to capture the essence
of time and place. My greatest rewards are
achieved when I have captured a moment in
time for future generations to see and present
generations to hold on to. The black and white
work is captured on film and then I personally
hand craft the photographic prints. These are
fine art prints that are then matted using museum
board to insure the highest quality and care.

My work consists of commissioned portraits,
event photography and working with
Not-For-Profit Organizations to obtain grants,
funding and awareness in order to help
maintain their organizations. Clients include
The Shakespeare Festival of Dallas,
The Lymphoma Research Foundation,
Camp Aranzazu & The SPCA of Texas.
Along with these organizations I have
had the privilege of working with many
wonderful individuals capturing portraits.
